BODYFLOW is a yoga-based class that will increase your strength and flexibility over time. All movements are choreographed to popular music, which supports and motivates you as you flow through simple yoga moves and elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

Why it works: Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses set to music create a holistic workout that brings your body into a state of harmony and balance physically and emotionally.

Exercise is a journey: Some forms work for you, others don’t, and some are right for a certain phase in your life. And all that is ok.

For years I took Iyengar Yoga classes from an excellent teacher. It brought me great body awareness and a solid foundation of alignment in yoga poses. Yet often I felt little energy or joy during practice. Then I discovered Les Mills group fitness classes and BodyCombat and BodyFlow in particular. Because of the music, the professional choreography and the motivation from working out in a group, I was immediately hooked and I, who had never considered teaching, became certified in both programs. As a bonus I found my calling – sharing quality exercise experiences with others and encouraging them on their exercise journey toward inner and physical strength and flexibility.
